Santolina general information

Known as Lavender Cottons and are low growing mound forming shrubs. They are evergreen and aregrown for their aromatic foliage with dainty button like flower heads each on a long stalks in July.

Soil Type: Most well drained soils
Position: Frost hardy. Sunny position.
Maintenance: Cut off old flower heads and long shoots in the autumn. Cut straggly old plants back hard each spring.
