Climbers

Climbers are a wide range of plants including evergreen and deciduous woody plants and occasionally herbaceous perennials that die back for winter. Climbers can be divided into how they climb. There are self-clinging types (with or without tendrils) and then the scramblers that do not cling and usually require some method of support.

Perennials

Perennials are non-woody plants that last for two or more years. When they are mature they will produce flowers every year. Although some perennials are evergreen (ie keep their leaves all year round), most are herbaceous and will die back each year.

Shrubs

Shrub is a woody plant that branches from the base of the plant with no obvious trunk. The range includes evergreen and deciduous plants and those for suitable for different situations in the garden. They are perennial plants and will last many years.

Trees

Woody plant that normally produces a single trunk and a head of branches higher up on the trunk

Lineside Nursery

All plants are grown in the UK at Lineside Nursery which is owned and run by Martin Mobbs. Martin propagates most of his plants from cuttings or seed. Martin will be increasing his range of plants over the next few years.

All plants have a good root system so that they grow away well once in the garden or when planted into a pot. All plants are designed to be used outdoors in the garden. For full information on growing go to 'Further information on Plants'

Pllants are grown and sold in 8cm (3.5 inch) pot.
The price is £2.75 per plant.
Minimum quantity order for plants is 6 plants, you can mix and match.
This is minimum quantity is to help packaging.

PLANTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL END OF APRIL.
There are limited supplies of plants so place orders as soon as possible to ensure you will not be disappointed. No money will be taken from your account until we are ready to despatch. We will also email you when we are about to send them out.
