Large number of species in this group. Often aromatic, perennial herbs and shrubs grown for their attractive grey or green foliage. Semi-evergreen.
Soil Type: Most soils but prefer dry well drained soil Position: Frost hardy. Likes full sun Maintenance: Trim back in the spring. If necessary can be cut back to 10-15cm (4-6in) above ground level
